Rachael Ray Flips Out When Her ‘Daytime Husband’ Gets Makeover And Cuts His Hair After 15 Years

In honor of her famous “30-Minute Meals,” Rachael Ray decided to take that same idea and apply it to another popular segment on her show: makeovers.

The first person who came to mind for a quick yet much-needed 30-minute makeover was her beloved production assistant, Max. Rachael calls Max her “daytime husband” since they spend so much time together and they’ve become such good friends. It was only right fitting that her workplace spouse looked and felt his very best!

Max, her 28-year-old culinary assistant, did not expect to go into work dressed like his usual self, only to come home looking like a whole new man.

He hadn’t cut his long brown hair since the seventh grade… but now that he’s in his late twenties, it’s beginning to thin on top. Max agreed he needed a fresh new look and approached his surprise makeover with a totally open mind. “It just seems right and it feels right to make this happen,” he said.

Max expected a haircut and beard trim, but beyond that, he had no clue how his transformation would turn out.

Let’s just say he looks great after his first haircut in many, many years. And you don’t want to miss Rachael’s reaction to Max’s brand new look.

Michael Phelps And His Wife Announce That They Are Expecting Their Third Baby Together

It looks like Michael Phelps’ team is getting a little bit bigger! The Olympian and his wife, Nicole Johnson, just announced that they’re expecting a third child. They enlisted the help of their older two, 2-year-old Boomer and 1-year-old Beckett. Judging by the captions on the photo, it seems the pregnancy might have been a surprise to the couple. “Oops we did it again 🧒🏼👦🏻👶🏻 I get to be a mama x3!! #furbabymama x2 #p3 #herewegoagain,” Nicole wrote alongside her post.

Michael has talked about wanting a big family before. In 2017, he told Entertainment Tonight, “We always talked about three, so second one is on the way. We’ll see what happens,” he hinted while Nicole was still pregnant with Beckett.

Now it seems like that dream is becoming a reality as they expand to a family of five. It’s sure to be an exciting adventure for the man with the most gold in Olympic history. We can’t help but wonder if any of these three little ones will get bitten by the swimming bug themselves!

Guinea Pig And Dog Who Share Identical Markings Are BFFs, And Their Friendship Is Cute As Heck

I will be the first to admit that there’s nothing I love more than an inter-species animal friendship. Dogs and elephants, squirrels and cats, rabbits and llamas — the list can literally go on because I will never get sick of these pure and innocent animal friendships! Exhibit A: Meet Mr. Jenkins and Maple. Mr. Jenkins is a 3-year-old Boston Terrier pup whose BFF happens to be a guinea pig named Maple.

Owner Tahnee Reid says she’s never seen an animal friendship quite like theirs, but that has to make it all the more heartwarming, right?

“I really can’t believe how close they are to each other. They’re total best friends.

“At first I thought Mr. Jenkins would be too much for Maple. But they just adore each other,” Tahnee told Story Trender. “I think their friendship first blossomed over their mutual love of carrots. I’d give one to them each and they would just hang out and eat them together, enjoying each other’s company.”

Relatable, to say the least.

“Their bond grew from there and Maple now follows Mr. Jenkins everywhere,” Tahnee continued. “She is his little shadow, and I think he secretly likes the fact he has a little sidekick next to him. Even though he is younger, Mr. Jenkins really takes on the parental role with Maple. He checks in on her and is happy to give her a groom throughout the day.”

And really, isn’t that what we all want? A little check-in and a couple of quick grooms throughout the day?

“They really do have this amazing and strange little friendship,” she said. “It captures the hearts of everyone that meets them or sees their photos.”

These “Stories” Like Tinder’s Male Height Verification, Must Be April Fools’ Jokes

While that prank was probably obvious, and was most definitely made with Mickey D’s “Create Your Taste” experience, their other April Fools’ Prank, “Shake Sauce,” seems a bit more deeply rooted in reality.

All of us have probably, at one point or another, dunked our french fries into a milkshake for a little sweet & salty goodness.

Pre-packaging dairy-based desserts into little plastic tubs to dip McNuggets into, however, doesn’t sound all that appetizing.

There are some places that went the troll route entirely,  la Tinder. Like when Metro “vowed” to ban “straight white men” from the comments section of their articles.

They’re definitely looking to grind some gears with that one.

What Happened to Henry in Season 9 of ‘The Walking Dead?’

In an interview with CinemaBlend, show runner Angela Kang talked about the Season 9 finale. 

“The interesting thing is we always went at this season knowing that by the end of the season, I felt like Carol’s fairy tale comes to an end, and she has to go into the next chapter of the story. The sad reality of couples who lose a child is that it often breaks up the marriage,” she explained. “Whether it’s because [the death] itself is the thing that causes the problem, or it just reveals the cracks that were always there, whatever it is; or the grief is so much, and people can’t connect in their grief. 

She continued, “That’s something that’s actually a common thing that happens with couples, and we wanted to kind of explore the truth of that happening.”
