Tajuddin Mongol Tajuddin Nuyan is a Mongolian leader, one of the most skilled and brave of the Mongols. He was born in 1200 AD and brought up in a Muslim family, after which he studied Arabic language and Islamic religion, then joined it. Mongol army at an early age. He soon rose to prominence as a distinguished military leader. He also participated in the conversion of the Mongol tribe to Islam in 1295. Taj al-Din Nuyan is considered one of the most dangerous leaders of the Mongols and was the last leader to reach Anatolia during this period. His real name is Ermisan, he then chose the name Taj al-Din Nuyan because of his Persian culture due to influence.
