~ According to Aşıkpaşazade’s narration based on the narrations of Yahşi Fakih, the son of Osman Gazi’s imam ishak fakih, and Mahmud Pasha, son of Edebali, ”
Osman Gazi stayed in Sheikh Edebali’s hospice for one night , he saw in his dream that a moon was born from Sheikh Edebali’s chest and entered his ( Osman’s) chest . At that moment, he saw that a tree grew out of his belly and it’s shadow covered the whole world , mountains rose under the tree and water came out from under every mountain.”
When Osman Gazi told Sheikh Edebali about the dream , the Sheikh said :
” Allah has given you and your Lineage the sultanate. It is a Blessed dream , my daughter Malhun Hatun is halal for you “.
Upon Sheikh Edebali’s comment , Osman Gazi married Malhun Hatun. In some sources, while Sheikh Edebali’s daughter’s name is ” Mal Hatun ” , Oruç bey in his book (Tevârîh-i Âl-i Osman) records that the name of the Sheikh’s daughter who married Osman Gazi is ” Rabia Hatun “.
The yield of the village “Kozağaç” was given to Sheikh Edebali, who lived in Bilecik with his daughter and grandson Alaeddin Bey, and his daughter Rabia Hatun (or Bala Hatun) dedicated this village to the lodge ( hospice). Also, it has been known from the documents that there is a school in Eskişehir in the name of Edebali’s daughter ” Mal Hatun ” .
This frame is located in the tomb of Sheikh Edebali , and it has been clearly stated that the daughter of Sheikh Edebali has several names, which are (Mal, Malhun, Bala, Rabia ).
This is Orhan’s real blessed lineage, that belongs to Sheikh Edebali and his daughter Bala Sultan 👑😌
