Abdulrahman Alp, also known as Abdulrahman Ghazi (in Turkish). He is a Turkmen warrior who belongs to the Turkish “Qayi” tribe or “Kayi” descended from the Turkmen “Oghuz”
Abdulrahman Ghazi was born in the Qai tribe, and his parents chose the name Abdulrahman for him, according to my great companion Abdulrahman bin Aouf, may Allah be pleased with him and his land.
Abdul Rahman Ghazi was the model of the arrogant knight and a soldier loyal to his religion and master, and may God have mercy on him, he was a strong young man with clear height, white skin. The thick beard, the strong forehead, only hits but hurts.
Abdul Rahman Ghazi’s service to Sulaiman Shah
Al-Ghazi Abdul Rahman entered in the service of Suleiman Shah in his last days. He was his own bodyguard, so he was one of his close friends, even though he was young. And then he fought under the brigade of Ertugrul Ghazi. And he was one of his closest friends and one of his loyal fighters, and with him he fought all his battles and battles. He is the only one of all the Brotherhood fighters to be nicknamed Ertugrul, the “Gazi”.
