It was an idea proposed by Catherine the great in 1780s to partion
Ottoman Empire . The areas in green will be given to Russia , yellow to
Austrians light blue to Venice , blue to a new kingdom called kingdom of
Dacia and red will be given to restored Neo Eastern Roman Empire ruled
by her grandson
