Single Mom Finds Her Car Vandalized While Peacefully Protesting, Then Stranger Hands Her A Check

Michelle Turner, a single mom and healthcare professional, was participating in a peaceful protest against George Floyd’s death in Sacramento.

After the demonstration, Michelle returned to her car to find it completely vandalized. The windows were shattered, the doors were broken, the sunroof was in pieces. Glass was everywhere.

The damage was so bad and she knew she’d have a very difficult time paying for the repairs.

A total stranger named Berry Accius happened to be walking down that same street when he noticed Michelle, who had just reached her car, agonizing over the wreckage.

Berry, a local community organizer, knew exactly what he needed to do — and it wasn’t to just keep on walking past her.

Instead, Berry approached Michelle and literally gave her his shoulder to cry on.

The next day, he took his kindness a step further (as you’ll see in the video below) — and it’s proof that humanity can prevail.
