President Trump comments on the death of George Floyd
During a tour of an Orion Capsule at Kennedy Space Center Wednesday (05/27) the president was asked the events in Minnesota and the death of George Floyd.

President Trump called the events in Minnesota “very sad” and when asked if the police should be prosecuted, the president responded, “We’re gonna look at it. We’re gonna get a report tomorrow when we get back and we’re gonna get a very full report but a very sad day.”

George Floyd died in police custody Monday (05/25). Video of the arrest shows a white police officer kneeling on the neck of a handcuffed black man, George Floyd, while he repeatedly said he couldn’t breathe.
