Many have been calling Fiji Water Girl the first great meme of 2019, but there’s one person who definitely wasn’t a fan: Jamie Lee Curtis.

If you haven’t already heart, Fiji Water Girl (whose real name Kelleth Cuthbert) went viral during the Golden Globes Awards earlier this month. Kelleth cracked up people all over the world by showing up in countless red carpet photos, posing behind some of the most famous celebrities with a tray of Fiji Water bottles in her arms.

Kelleth was one of several “Fiji Water Girls” circulating on the red carpet that night, but she quickly became the most iconic among them. Her viral fame represented a major pay-off for Fiji’s long-running publicity stunt. According to Yahoo Finance, Kelleth’s photobombing stunt helped earn Fiji over $12 million in ad impressions (meaning that the company would have had to spend over $12 million in traditional advertising to create the same level of buzz about their product).

While many celebrities laughed it off, Jamie was vocally displeased about the situation. The Halloween actress took to social media to express her displeasure at being unwittingly photographed in what was essentially a Fiji Water ad, screenshotting a CNN article that claimed she was “in danger of being upstaged by the Fiji Water girl.”

“So, my husband, who doesn’t look at a lot of show business news sites, just mentioned that I was on the CNN website. I specifically moved away from the blatant promotions by Fiji and Moet where young women with their trays filled with their wares stood near a designated camera,” she wrote on Instagram. “I knew why there was a photographer poised there and I moved away as I said out loud that I didn’t want to be doing advertising for either. Clearly this angle shows that I moved from her being behind me and yet from the side it still happens. The sponsors of events need to get permission from people when they get them to take their picture next to products.”

Suspicions are swirling around Cartel Crew star Nicole Zavala — and her twin brother Michael — regarding their affiliation with the drug trafficking world. 

The 25-year-old Instagram model instantly made enemies on the VH1 docuseries — and co-stars Katherine “Tatu Baby” Flores and Stephanie Acevedo, were quick to call her out. 

“Nicole and Michael Zavala, I don’t really know them too well,” Tatu Baby said. “They say that they are connected to the cartel, that they have family members, I guess we’ll wait and see.” When asked by Tatu Baby who exactly in her family was involved in the cartel, Nicole vaguely responded, “All my family members.” 

So, who are Nicole’s parents? 

During the show, Nicole explained she didn’t know much about her family’s business — except to say they are from Medellin, Colombia —  because she did not want to ask any questions. 

“My family was all with that cartel situation,” Nicole explained. “I never asked no questions, you know, because I was living good.” 

To make matters worse, Nicole made light of the murder of Tatu Baby’s dad and Stephanie’s father being in jail. “I never asked my dad none of his business,” Nicole added, “I just know that his family members were deep in that. [My dad] is living in New York. My parents were smart about it. They didn’t get locked up or shot, or anything like that.” 

That only fueled rumors that Nicole is exaggerating her family’s connections to the cartel. “That’s a f–king damn lie,” Stephanie told cameras. “There’s only two ways out of the cartel: you go to jail or you get murdered. I’m not buying it.” 

To illustrate her point, Stephanie shared a photo of an NYPD badge Nicole shared on Instagram six years ago, seemingly proving there is no way her family is affiliated with the cartel. However, Nicole denied lying about her cartel connections. “Years ago, that badge was my mom’s brother’s cop badge. Like, it’s not my fault that my uncle is a cop,” she explained. “I barely even remember posting that cop badge… just because I have a family member in the police, doesn’t mean I’m lying about my background.”  

Nicole before plastic surgery: 

Nicole was very open about her extensive plastic surgery on the first episode of the season, and even defended herself against trolls on social media. “Y’all need to stop hating on me talkin’ about ‘she fake and plastic,”http://www.distractify.com/” she wrote on Instagram. “Well, I mean at least I was being honest about it and talks about it on the first episode. Y’all think the other females are built like that? Shutcho a– up. The only real one who exposes herself and doesn’t give a flying f–k of what the internet says is Nicole. Like miss me with that s–t… you gotta start from rock bottom to get to the top. F–k outta here.”   

In the second episode, she revealed even more about her childhood and why she went under the knife. “Back when I was in high school, I used to get bullied by everybody, every day,” she said. “I didn’t want to go to school. Back then, I couldn’t really defend myself like and now I love myself so much. I’m not going back.” 

And she likes to show off her hard-earned body on Instagram! 

Nicole already has over 390,000 followers on the social media platform — along with two other accounts for her businesses,  a lingerie line called Nicole Zavala Collection and a Colombian waist trainer line called BodiedByNicoleZavala. 

However, don’t be fooled about this Colombian’s beauty — she wants her followers to know she is more than just a pretty face. 

“There’s so much about me that people don’t know,” she wrote before the premiere. “Most think I’m just this girl with a pretty face and a nice body. I have feelings, too, I have a story, too, and I can’t wait to share this intimate / personal part of my life with the world.” 

Her brother is also her biggest supporter, but that doesn’t mean he discounts her vanity. “Nicole is way too obsessed with her body,” he said on the show. “She stares at herself in the mirror 24/7, she doesn’t stop playing with her hair. She wants to look like a Barbie but she’s beautiful the way she is. I mean, we’re twins.”

There are few things that spark such pure joy as meeting a brand new dog. From the moment that you think “OMG look, a dog!” to the moment that the dog actually lets you pet him, it’s 100% pure excitement and happiness.

That’s why Gideon, a 10-year-old boy, has turned meeting dogs into an entire hobby. He’s darn good at it, too. Gideon has now pet 734 dogs and counting. He documents each encounter with a photo or two on his social media pages, I’ve Pet That Dog, along with a brief description of the dog’s story.

Gideon’s Twitter page has reached 176,000 followers. Because it turns out that watching someone meet a dog is almost as satisfying as actually meeting the dog yourself. Meanwhile, Gideon is basically living the dream life.

We are not surprised that a southern belle has already charmed Bachelor Colton Underwood. Season 23 of the popular franchise has kicked off, and one contestant definitely left a lasting impression, and her name was Hannah Goodwin. 

According to her Bachelor bio,  Hannah G., — not to be confused with Hannah B. — is a 23-year-old “content creator” from Birmingham, AL. “She’s both the photographer and model for her burgeoning social media business,” it reads. 

Hannah G. graduated from the University Of Montevallo in 2017 with a degree in Business Marketing. According to her website, she is focused on growing her brand, which consists of being an influencer. 

Her page is filled with modeling pictures, music videos she starred in, as well as a blog pertaining to fashion and beauty content. 

So, Bachelor fans, here is what you need to know about Hannah G. 

What is a “content creator?”

Surprise, Surprise — The Bachelor picked up a social media influencer as a contestant. Yes, Hannah G. creates content for her Instagram — and with almost 190k, this model/photographer has a curated page filled with gorgeous pics. 

This Insta-model is sure to have a SugarBear Haircare deal in the works, as her Instagram is practically a brand’s wet dream. Hannah’s Instagram is filled with travel pics, bikini shots, and fashion/model pics.

Hannah G. got the first impression rose — and we’re not surprised.

So, when Colton pulled Hannah G. aside, we were not at all surprised. 

“You reminded me a lot of home when we sat and had our conversation,” Colton told Hannah. “And while you were nervous, I was too. Still am, a little bit…you sort of owned the nervousness, you owned your imperfections and it was so nice and so refreshing to see and to hear. It’s just so easy and so much fun and it’s so enjoyable to be around you. Your energy instantly lifts me up.”

Clearly on cloud 9, the blonde beauty replied: “This means seriously the world to me. This validates everything.”

So, does Hannah G. end up with Colton (SPOILER ALERT)?

According to Reality Steve, Hannah G. makes it to Colton’s top 3, but ultimately does not end up with the Neil Diamond engagement ring on her finger. The site claims that Season 23 will conclude with a shocking ending, as no girl ends up engaged to the bachelor. Colton allegedly decides after his one-on-one date with Cassie Randolph in the fantasy suite that she is it for him. 

Cassie quickly realizes she does not want to be engaged… because she’s only 23. She reportedly leaves the show, and takes Colton’s heart with her. 

A big shocker — Colton reportedly dumps Hannah G. and Tayshia Adams to chase after Cassie, and the two allegedly meetup in Los Angeles, decide to continue dating, all without the label of being engaged.

After months of rumors and speculation, the NFL announced that pop band Maroon 5 will officially be headlining the Super Bowl halftime show this year, with additional performances by rappers Travis Scott and Big Boi.

The NFL released an official statement on its website, writing, “Three-time Grammy Award-winning multiplatinum band Maroon 5 will take center stage at the Pepsi Super Bowl LIII Halftime Show on CBS at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019, they confirmed today. Maroon 5 will feature a slate of guest artists including Grammy-nominated rapper Travis Scott and Atlanta native Big Boi bringing together the broadest range of musical genres ever seen on the Super Bowl stage.”

While some people are absolutely thrilled about Maroon 5 headlining the big show, others are not as pleased. One Twitter user was particularly angry at the situation, writing, “The difference is that Coldplay was actually a good band in its prime that has had an impact on rock music. Maroon 5 is plain trash who won’t be remembered in 10 years.” Eek. Those are fightin’ words! It’s just a halftime show, dude. Calm down.

Anyway, Maroon 5 frontman and The Voice coach Adam Levine gave fans a taste of what’s to come by simply tweeting out a promo video, hashtagging it “#SBLIII.”
