‘Was I supposed to eat the napkins?’ TikToker says Chipotle ran out of ingredients, gave her bagful of forks and sad-looking burrito

A TikToker is alleging that after placing an online Chipotle order, she did not receive what she ordered. Instead, she got everything the Chipotle workers had at hand. This included plenty of forks and napkins.

User @su.sannaa’s TikTok has sparked discussion and debate, resulting in a follow-up video from the original poster.

@Chipotle you’re done you’re done chipotle chipotlesponsorme wrong fup fyp fy fypシ fupシ ari chipotlehacks cashapp13plus notonething bye

In @su.sannaa’s first video, she reveals what Chipotle allegedly gave her instead of her food order. This includes handful after handful of napkins, a few forks, chips, and a sloppily assembled burrito containing rice, beans, and beef.

“Apparently they were out of everything I asked for so they gave me what they had left in the store,” she claims. Regarding the meat in her burrito, she adds: “By the way, I definitely asked for chicken.”

Commenters on the original TikTok were confused, worried about the potential safety issues something like this might cause, and—most importantly—not sure how this happened in the first place.

“File it as a food safety issue,” remarked one commenter. “It could have stuff you’re allergic [to] and they should just close the store online if they have nothing.”

@su.sannaa seconded this, responding “Exactly could’ve just canceled my order.”

Another commenter alleged that events like this happen because Chipotle pushes its staff to keep online orders open even if it does not make sense to do so, as was allegedly the case in this instance.

“I worked at chipotle and it’s because they (corporate) literally will fight tooth and nail to keep that online ordering open,” shared another commenter. “Chip corporate doesn’t care about customers, only about making their numbers look good.”

An additional commenter claimed this was common practice at some Chipotle locations.

“Yeah I work here,” said a TikTok user. “When we run out we just give you what we have or just leave it out.”

In response to the influx of comments, @su.sannaa posted a follow-up TikTok answering some questions she received.

To summarize, she says she did not order just before closing and does not understand the people who say she should have been content with the order she got. As she says in the video, “Was I supposed to eat the napkins?!”

Neither @su.sannaa nor Chipotle immediately responded to Daily Dot’s request for comment.

See Dwayne The Rock Johnson Give His Mom A Cadillac

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson celebrated Christmas with family over the weekend. And — as he’s been known to do in the past — the actor and former professional wrestler outdid himself this holiday season.

Dwayne chronicled his household’s annual festivities on Instagram, starting with a serene photo that appeared to be taken on Christmas Eve.

Those who follow the Red Notice star on social media might already know that he’s a father of three. After his eldest, Simone, who’s now 20, Dwayne shares 6-year-old Jasmine and 3-year-old Tiana with his wife, Lauren Hashian.

In addition to the wrapped presents under Dwayne’s tree, he and his youngest daughters teamed up with Lauren to unveil a really special surprise on Christmas morning. It was a brand-new Cadillac, which went to his mother, Ata Johnson.

Some of us will remember a comparably lovely moment that Dwayne shared with fans during the holidays in 2018, when Ata received a new home from her son for Christmas.

“1, 2, 3…Merry Christmas!” Jasmine and Tiana shouted in unison in a video that Lauren recorded from their driveway. It showed Dwayne covering Ata’s eyes while his little ones stood in front of the luxury car, adorned with a large red bow on the windshield.

Ata was clearly moved by the grand gesture. Her reaction, as seen in Dwayne’s recent Instagram video, will warm your heart.

“This one felt good,” Dwayne captioned the post, which also included pictures of Ata, joined by her two granddaughters, getting behind the wheel for the first time.

“Surprised my mom with a new car for Christmas today,” the caption continued. “She was shocked. She got a few good ugly cries in.”

“Then once her grand babies joined her inside the car,” Dwayne added, “she was overcome with pure joy.”

Why Do Refs Throw Their Hats? Here’s What We Know About the Strange Action

Different sports have different rules, practices, and little idiosyncrasies that might seem super strange to outsiders. Pro soccer players flop to the ground whenever so much as a gust of wind crosses their path. And tennis players let out a grunt/moan whenever they launch a serve.

And if you’re an avid NFL fan, you may have noticed that refs seem to have a penchant for throwing their hats, but why do they do that?

‘Give it to your woman’: TikTokers call out clothing brands for sexist care tags

In a TikTok posted on Nov. 28, TikToker Millie Lusson shows clothing care tags that direct wearers to to give the garment to their “woman,” “wife,” or “mother” to clean.

“Time to check clothing for sexist labels,” Lusson wrote in the TikTok’s caption, alongside hashtags like #EnoughIsEnough, #ThisNeedsToStop, and #GenderStereotypes. The video has amassed over 895,000 views.

Most of the commenters on the video were as outraged as Lusson was.

“I find it really ironic that they think they’re calling us useless while simultaneously admitting they can’t even do their own laundry,” wrote @xstaysharp.

“Who would think that’s okay,” commented @whiskeytech.

“This just enables weaponized incompetence,” commented @tamarajaneheart.

This isn’t the first time people have used social media to call out clothing companies for misogynistic care labels. In 2015, the Daily Dot reported Indonesian retailer Salvo Sports Apparel apologized for a clothing label that stated “give this jersey to your woman it’s her job.” The label from Salvo was featured in Lusson’s video.

While it’s unclear when the labels Lusson featured were manufactured, other TikTokers dueted Lusson’s video showing care tags on their clothes from more contemporary companies. A tag from RipNDip shared by @cheesycherries states “if washing becomes completely necessary, give it to momma or gf and go skate.”

TikTokers who saw @cheesycherries video are calling out RipNDip as well.

The Daily Dot has reached out to Lusson, @cheesycherries, and RipNDip.

Chris Noth Now Accused Of Sexual Assault By 5 Women

Both the artist and her attorney called on Chris’ former SATC colleagues to back the Adult Survivors Act in New York state, which would allow people like Lisa to take their alleged abusers to court after an incident’s statute of limitations has passed. Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis collectively issued a statement early last week acknowledging the allegations against Chris and supporting those women who’d already come forward.

Get Inspired For Your Next Gathering By A Meal Built Around Jack Apple

Fall and winter exude dinner party sentiment with the sensory notes of the season driving the menu. To help you really lean into the season’s dinner party vibes, we asked some Flavor Creators in the food and drink industry to offer some guidance on your next dinner party.

Chef Michael Reed and Pastry Chef Karolyn Plummer joined forces to build a menu around not just the season, but the personalities of the people sitting around the table. To do this, Chefs Reed and Plummer met with dinner party host Indy Srinath to take the menu of a dinner beyond just pairing food to time or place. They decided to go deeper and really look at the personality of everyone around Srinath’s table to build a menu that spoke to the nuances of those people. From there, they consulted our Spirits Editor Zach Jack Johnston, who worked to pair Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple cocktails with the food and the vibe of the party.

As with any party, each guest brought their own charisma to the table. Their energetic, bold, and adventurous personalities gave the chefs ample inspiration to then craft a three-course menu with cocktail pairings. And right there, that’s enough to start building a menu of cocktails, appetizers, main dishes, and a big finale dessert.

Check out the video above to see the dishes that these guests inspired and how the Jack Apple cocktails paired with them for a night to remember. Hopefully, you’ll be able to take some tips from the pros in this video and our recent guide when you plan your next dinner party around your crew.
