On the auspicious day of 26th August 1071: Anatolia (modern Turkey) is opened by Seljuk Sultan Alp Arslan which marks rise of glorious Islamic state headed by Seljuk Turks❤️

“We Turks are pure Sunni Muslims, Bidah (evil innovation) is simply unknown to us, that is why Allah has blessed us with proximity.”

~ Seljuk Sultan Muhammad bin Daud Chaghri who was titled as Alp Arslan (Heroic Lion)

Alp Arslan defeated Eastern Roman Empire in battle of Manzikert 1071 and opened Anatolia for Sunni Turks. He is also the only Muslim commander in the entire history who was not only able to defeat but also imprison a Roman Emperor.

While the Sunni Seljuk Sultans won a grand military victory, the Sunni Sufi Masters worked tirelessly for Islamization of Anatolia. Most notable of all are the Four Spiritual Poles or Aqtab of Anatolia namely Mevlana Rumi, Haji Bektash Veli, Haji Bayram Veli, and Shaban Veli (May Allah have mercy upon them all amin)
