The relationship ended nearly two years later, with Nick breaking things off with Olivia.

And now, the 30-year-old model is opening up about something that’s rarely discussed in celebrity culture — the financial ramifications, as a non-famous person, of being dumped by a famous person.

“I did date Nick. That was a very formative experience,” Olivia said on her new TLC show, The Culpo Sisters.

“I had no brand, no money, and I was in love,” she said.

“But when he broke up with me, I was kind of left with no sense of identity,” she said. “My whole identity was in him, which is a very common story of a young person in love.”

“I just remember night after night, looking up at my ceiling in my apartment that I couldn’t afford, thinking to myself, ‘How am I going to pay my rent?’” she said.

“I couldn’t even afford my groceries,” Olivia continued.

Olivia — who admitted that she thought they’d eventually get married — didn’t delve into details about how much Nick financially assisted her, but one can probably assume the superstar helped her in some capacity.

Nick has not commented on Olivia’s latest remarks, but we will update you if he does. You can watch The Culpo Sisters this Monday on TLC or Discovery+.
