Kailyn Lowry has seven kids.
Kailyn has seven children with four baby daddies.
As mentioned earlier, she and Jo share son Isaac (born in January 2010).
Meanwhile, she and her ex-husband Javi Marroquin share son Lincoln (born November 2013).
Kailyn then went on to welcome sons Lux (born August 2017) and Creed (aka Romello, born July 2020) with Chris Lopez.
Her current boyfriend, Elijah Scott, is the father of her fifth, sixth, and seventh children: son Rio (born November 2022) and girl-and-boy twins.
It’s unclear when the twins were born, but Kailyn revealed on the Jan. 20, 2024 episode of her Barely Famous podcast that they’d arrived. She mentioned, however, that they were born five weeks early. She and Elijah were both on the episode, and they discussed Kail’s C-section and their twins’ time in the NICU.

Kail also she’d had her tubes tied after the twins’ birth. But, she said, she wouldn’t necessarily have minded getting pregnant again someday.
“They cut my tubes out. … I don’t regret it. But also if I did not get my tubes taken out and got pregnant again it would not … like it wouldn’t have upset me,” Kail said.

Kail posted a clip from the podcast episode onto Instagram, and in the clip she is seen wearing a shirt that says “girl mom.” Fans were happy for Kail that she now has a daughter in addition to her sons.
“Congrats! Cant wait to see you be a girl mom,” one person wrote.
“Vee got me the shirt,” Kail replied with a crying-face emoji, referring to Vee Rivera (Jo’s wife, and Kail’s Baby Mamas No Drama podcast co-host).
“Love this for you,” the fan replied with heart-eyes emojis.

How long has Kailyn Lowry been with Elijah Scott?
It’s unclear how long Kailyn has been with Elijah. However, they became Instagram official in May 2022 after Kailyn shared a photo of them in the kitchen. Given the timeline of when Rio was born, Kailyn likely got pregnant in early 2022, which suggests that her relationship with Elijah started much earlier than May.
Kailyn didn’t announce her pregnancy with Rio, only revealing him to the world after he had already been born.
Before Elijah, she was with Chris from 2017 to 2020. Before that, she was married to Javi from 2012 to 2016. She dated Jo from 2010 to 2011, and they seem to be on good terms now.
