Every now and then, we all sit down with a Rubik’s Cube and try to solve it. We soon regret it, however, because those things are impossible to solve.  

But professional speedcuber SeungBeom Cho can solve the thing in seconds, 4.59 seconds, to be exact. Here’s a video to prove it…

It took everyone in the room longer to realize that Cho had pulled it off than it did for him to solve the cube. Cho broke the world record using a specific tactic that we can’t even begin to comprehend. 

It all took place in Chicago, at the World Cube Association’s ChicaGhosts 2017. And people were pretty impressed…

Others were more impressed by the crowd’s reaction. 

We all wish we could be this good.
