Khloé Kardashian hasn’t exactly had the easiest first year of co-parenting. Just days before Khloé was set to deliver her first child, she was hit with the news that boyfriend Tristan Thompson had been unfaithful. Khloé took the mature route, though. She allowed Tristan to be in the room when she gave birth to their daughter, True.

The couple worked on rebuilding trust and working together to parent True. Things seemed to be going better for the couple until news of another infidelity surfaced. When Khloé found out Tristan allegedly stepped out on her with a friend to the family, Jordyn Woods, there was no chance the couple could recover.

Khloé threw a sweet bash to celebrate True’s first birthday. In her continued dedication to peaceful co-parenting, Khloé invited Tristan. That’s not to say there wasn’t some tension between the two, which you could see in one of Khloé’s Instagram stories from the day.
