In DE, at one point, character of Turgut was more popular than Ertugrul. It is my personal opinion that Bozdag is not giving Konur much more time in KO due to reason that he may steal the spotlight of Osman Bey. All the time span of episode(s) of KO surrounds around Osman Bey. With so many fictional characters, people are not now taking interest like they took before. Bozdag has to add realistic characters like Akca Koca, Samsa Cavus to make KO more interesting and impactful.
