Fixer Upper is no more, and Chip and Joanna Gaines have expanded their horizons beyond the home renovation business. Joanna is a best-selling author, Chip started a marathon, and the two are launching their very own cable network.
But some things never change. The Gaines family still designs people’s dream homes for local clients in Waco through their company, Magnolia Realty. Joanna unveiled one of their latest houses on Instagram, and it might make you consider moving to Waco (for the millionth time).
“We just finished construction on this beauty and I’m loving all the storage and space in this home,” she wrote. “Excited for the lovely family that is moving in next month!”
The home is spacious, tasteful, and just rustic enough — proof that the Gaines haven’t lost any of their special touch.
