The Underwood-Fishers are officially a family of four! After a difficult ride on the road to baby No. 2, Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher welcomed a baby boy. Jacob Bryan Fisher was born in the early morning hours of January 21.

Late last summer, Carrie first shared with fans the news that she was expecting. She also explained to her followers that her pregnancy was why the tour for her latest album, Cry Pretty, wouldn’t begin until May. The album came out last September.

Carrie announced Jacob’s arrival on Instagram with some pictures from his first few days. In the caption announcing his birth, Carrie wrote, “Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday… His mom, dad, and big brother couldn’t be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle! Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed. Life is good.”
