That’s the lesson one Instagram fitness influencer is learning after getting some criticism on her looks. Sia Cooper has over 1 million followers on her account, Diary of a Fit Mommy. Sia posts workout plans, encourages body positivity, and shares creative meal ideas. While she tries to maintain a positive space, it doesn’t stop trolls from trying to shoot her down.
Sia has struggled with self-esteem in the past. When she was younger, she was self-conscious about her small chest and decided to have a breast augmentation. Her breast implants caused a series of medical problems for her, however, and she had them removed at the end of 2018. Since then, she’s been embracing her natural body, which is why she felt it was important to respond to a troll who said her small chest makes her look “like a young boy.”
