One of those things is his incredible directing talent on Apple TV’s amazing mystery-box thriller Severance — for which he was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series this year.
So Ben hit the 2022 Emmys red carpet this year — and he brought his daughter, Ella, as his guest.
When E! asked Ben whether Ella would ever appear on a future episode of Severance, he replied, “Definitely” — and Ella was quick to say she was “obsessed” with what she called her “favorite show.”
This isn’t the first time Ben’s brought Ella to an event, either. Here they are at a step-and-repeat in 2019…
And here they are together at the Golden Globes that same year.
Ella even showed up with Ben and her brother, Quinlin, for her dad’s handprints ceremony at Hollywood’s iconic Grauman’s Chinese Theater in 2013.
And it turns out this was her first time at the Emmys. How nice!
