Ben has been open before about his difficult relationship with alcohol and how he’s tries not to “beat [himself] up” because of it. “It’s not particularly healthy for me to obsess over the failures — the relapses — and beat myself up,” he told the New York Times in 2020. “I have certainly made mistakes.
