As someone who really tries to eat healthily but, alas, doesn’t have a million dollars, I’m a huge fan of the recipes people share on the r/EatCheapAndHealthy subreddit. Since grocery prices are still high, I’m rounding up some of the top recipes people have shared there in the last year, and they all look absolutely delicious.

Of course, depending on where you’re located and the time of year, certain ingredients can go in and out of affordability. But hopefully, wherever you are, there’s something here that’ll be easy on your wallet.
