Lily Collins was born to an American mother and a British father — famous musician Phil Collins — in Guildford, Surrey, England. Following her parents’ divorce when she was 6, Lily and her mom relocated to Los Angeles, California. She worked hard to lose her British accent, which she later regretted as an adult.
