11 Presidents Who Were Caught Cursing

Barack Obama called Kanye West a “jackass” in leaked footage from 2009, filmed just days after West interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards.

That’s not the only time Obama was caught cursing! In a 2012 Rolling Stone interview, Obama joked that he does well in the “6–12 demographic” after being approached by a young fan. The reporter quipped back, “Thoughts on lowering the voting age?” Obama responded, “You know, kids have good instincts. They look at the other guy and say, ‘Well, that’s a bullshitter, I can tell.’” His comments were referring to Mitt Romney, who was then running against Obama in the 2012 presidential election. 

The former president admitted that he probably curses more than he should and said that once he took office, he found himself cursing more than he ever had before.
