โ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐๐๐๐๐) ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐! (๐๐๐๐)
Following Hฬฃajj in the year 555 AH, the great Waliฬ of Allaฬh Shaykh Sayyid Ahฬฃmad ar-Rifaฬโiฬ (d.578 AH) visited the Prophetโs ๏ทบ Masjid in Madiฬnah. He stood facing the noble chamber and greeted the Prophet ๏ทบ, saying: โPeace be upon you, my ancestor.โ And Sayyid Ahฬฃmad ar-Rifaฬโiฬ uttered these exquisite poetic verses, which are forever etched in the annals of history:
โ๐๐ฏ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ด๐ต๐ข๐ต๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ด๐ด, ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ด๐ฑ๐ช๐ณ๐ช๐ต ๐ ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ญ๐ฅ ๐ด๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฌ๐ช๐ด๐ด ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐จ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐ง, ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ช๐ต ๐ช๐ด ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ต๐บ.
๐๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ฏ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ท๐ช๐ด๐ช๐ฃ๐ญ๐ฆ ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ด ๐ฉ๐ข๐ด ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ณ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฅ, ๐ด๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐น๐ต๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ ๐ณ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต ๐ฉ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ, ๐ต๐ฉ๐ข๐ต ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ญ๐ช๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ข๐บ ๐ต๐ฐ๐ถ๐ค๐ฉ ๐ช๐ต.โ
Then a voice from the blessed shrine replied: โ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ, ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ง๐ญ.โ On hearing this voice Shaykh Sayyid Ahฬฃmad ar-Rifaฬโiฬ was overpowered with ecstasy (Wajd)! Many others in attendance heard the blessed voice of the Prophet ๏ทบ at the same time. ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ก๐๐ญ ๏ทบ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐, and he kissed it reverentially. This was witnessed by many thousands devotees present at that time who were honoured by the sight of the blessed hand. Among them were many illustrious Suฬfiฬ saints such as Shaykh โAbd al-Qaฬdir al-Jiฬlaฬniฬ, Shaykh โAliฬ bin Musaฬfir al-Amaฬmiฬ and Shaykh โAbd al-Razzaฬq Hฬฃusayn Wastiฬ.
After this stupendous miracle (karaฬmah), it is said that his greatest charism was his integrity in religion (Diฬn), his steadfastness upon the Sacred Law [Shariฬ’ah]and his adherence to the conduct of his righteous predecessors.
[This incident was so mass-transmitted (๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ฐ๐ฬ๐ญ๐ข๐ซ) that even the great exegete (mufassir) โAllaฬma Abuฬ l-Fadl Jalaฬl al-Diฬn ‘Abd al-Raแธฅmฤn al-Suyลซtฤซ mentions it in his book titled: Al-Tanwฤซr fฤซ Imkฤn Tu’yat al-Nabฤซ ๏ทบ]
