XX ’90s Infomercial Toys That Had You Trying To Steal Your Parent’s Credit Card

These were the toys everyone wanted but no one seemed to have.

Kids today are often horrified to learn that in our own childhoods, we had to sit through commercials and could only choose between watching whatever was on the limited amount of channels that were out there.

If you grew up in the ’90s, you know that commercials were not that bad. A lot of times, they put you on to some pretty cool stuff.

The toys were particularly amazing. Everything looked like the most fun you can ever have, and it was all a phone call and credit card number away, so close yet so far.

Here are some of the best ’90s infomercial toys we were dying to bring home.

1.

Marvin’s Magic Drawing Board got you in touch with your inner artiste.

No mess art supplies were the stuff of dreams for ’90s parents, so they may have been willing to shell out $19.95. Just glide the little tool across the page and maneuver to make different colors appear. Some people who did get their hands on this one said it wasn’t so easy, but that didn’t lessen our temptation to buy it back then.

2.

Amazing Elastic-Plastic Balloons could make some next-level sticky chemical balloons as long as you roll, stick, and blow!
