Woman Wants To Look Good For Wedding, So She Spends $15,000 On Plastic Surgery To Transform

Chantelle Harris was excited when her fiancé, Marlon Powell, proposed to her. However, Chantelle was determined to completely transform her appearance before the wedding.

It all began when Chantelle reached her heaviest at 294 pounds. She decided to pay for gastric band surgery.

“I needed the gastric band to help me lose weight as I had failed countless times with different diet plans,” Chantelle told Caters TV. “After losing eight stone [112 pounds] I felt great, I was fitter, not sluggish anymore and could feel the difference in every aspect of my life.”

After the weight loss, Chantelle’s breasts went down five cups. After having met her beau, with the wedding looming, she wanted to size up.

“It left me feeling unhappy as there was nothing I wanted more than to look amazing on my wedding day,” she said. “I wanted to have the option not to wear a bra on my big day and for me it was the way to complete my amazing transformation.”

She underwent breast augmentation surgery. Chantelle was lucky to have a supportive partner who really just wanted what would make her happiest.

“What took me aback was that before most people would see my size before anything else, but not my fiancé, Marlon. He didn’t even think I was big enough to have a gastric band,”  she recalled. “Before my breast surgery, he told me that he only wanted me to have the surgery if I was doing it for myself and no one else – he didn’t mind whether I had it or not.

Chantelle was able to get the transformation she wanted. While it cost her £12,000 ($15,000) in total, she feels that it was worth every penny.

“I’m so glad I did as I’ve gained all of my confidence back and feel so much happier now.”
