When it comes to Station 19, we can always rely on Sullivan (Boris Kodjoe) and Andy (Jaina Lee Ortiz) to bring the drama and the disappointment. Once again, it looks like the unhappy couple is quarreling over something new, although this time, they’re at Maya (Danielle Savre) and Carina’s (Stefania Spampinato) wedding. What better place to have romantic discord than at a celebration of love?
Naturally, Sullivan does something that upsets Andy, but what exactly did Sullivan do? The Station 19 promo for the season finale isn’t very forthcoming when it comes to details, but we have a pretty good idea of what Sullivan does that upsets Andy.
Fans have some theories as to what Sullivan did in ‘Station 19.’
Many fans already have ideas as to what Sullivan does that causes the tension between him and Andy. Some people think that he does something to put himself knowingly at risk, skirting authority (once again) and risking his life.
If that’s the case, he’s only thinking of himself and being the hero, not the fact that he has a wife who relies on him too. Plus, many fans think that Andy could actually be pregnant! If so, something like this would be even more upsetting.

Other fans think that Sullivan takes a job with the police department. Andy frequently says to Sullivan that she enjoys fighting fires with him. So if he takes a job elsewhere, that could be really upsetting to her, especially if he doesn’t talk to her about it.
Sullivan seems to be self-conscious about the fact he doesn’t rank as highly as he used to, so it would make sense for his character to seek a higher ranking in a different department.

Plus, Sullivan also looked super shady when the cops came by in the previous episode. When Sullivan looked at Dixon (Pat Healy) and the other officers, there seemed to be something behind his stare. Could it be that he’s joining the police department and leaving the Station 19 fire department behind?
