This weeks episode was all about Aktemur and Alcicek – the path to true love is paved with challenges, and its never smooth. Was Aktamur right in decision to break up with her? Absolutely not! Someone needs to pull his little ears and make him see the tears and sadness on Alcicek’s face. Her heart has always been for him.
Its easy to say she should have not agreed to marry Uncle Byindar. But at the time the facts from her point of view read: Aktemur abandoned her, she was heart broken and angry, coupled with the pressure from that Hatun-Alp mother of hers so she resigned herself to that fate. She did not willingly agree to marry that uncle. Rationally speaking, yes she should have waited but what about the emotional side of things and love brings that and you have navigate the waters look at the motive and the action. Some of you clearly don’t know about love.
Love the way Oktam Bey took his daughter and protected her from that evil Uncle Bayindir. That was touching.
The rest is really boring. Turgut is definitely a spare piece now, please get rid of him. Just seeing his face I get bored. Olof and Frigg has the same impact. At least the Mongols are back, like their outfit and their rituals, and the music that comes with it.
