On June 23rd, 2020, the Plam Beach County Commissioners published video of public comments regarding the mandatory mask requirements (mirror below). The woman in the said, “You cannot mandate someone to wear a mask that is killing people. It is literally killing people, and we the people are waking up, and we know what citizens arrest is becuase citizens arrests are already happening. And every one of you who is obeying the Devli’s laws are going to be arrested.”
