Dave Bautista Has A ‘Super Duper’ Message For Donald Trump

Six-time wrestling World Champion, four-time galaxy guardian, and pantsless vodka advocate Dave Bautista hasn’t been subtle about his opinions of the 45th President of the United States, from his tentative plan to leave the country if Donald Trump is re-elected to comments on how much he’d like to Batista Bomb him.

in his latest video, the WWE Hall of Famer threw shade at the [checks notes] fellow WWE Hall of Famer, imitating his irregular speech pattern to “thank” the President for his response to COVID-19, ask about tiger purchasing protocol, and beg for a job in the Space Force. You can watch the clip and read the transcript below.

“Hello Mr. President, Super Duper Dave Bautista here. Sorry I’m all sweaty, I just finished my morning workout, because I was inspired by you because I see what amazing shape you are, it’s really beautiful. I just want to say, you’re doing, you’re doing a great job, you’re doing a great job Mr. President. I know there’s almost 90,000 people dead, if it wasn’t for you it could’ve been like, uh, 8 trillion, so thank you. You’re doing an amazing job. You can ask anyone, anyone will tell you. You’re doing an amazing job, it’s really beautiful. It’s tremendous. Also, I can’t wait to read your Twitter today and hear you blame Obama for more stuff because he’s bad. He’s bad, you’re good, he’s bad. You can ask anyone. It’s beautiful, it’s beautiful, it’s really tremendous. And also I heard Don Jr. say you could get a tiger for like $2,000, and I just wanna know is one, where do I pick up my tiger, and B, can I borrow $2,000? Or I thought maybe, maybe if you have a job for me in Space Corps, because I know anything, I know a lot about Space Corps, probably more than anybody, I probably know more than anybody, about Space Corps. So anyway, thank you Mr. President, you’re doing a great job. Heil Trump, heil Trump.”

My biggest wish is that since WrestleMania ran this year without any fans, WWE would overcompensate for next year’s show, bring in as many celebrity guests as humanly possible, and find a way to get Trump and Batista in the same room. I want to see how far The Donald could walk inside that pit of danger.

Here’s How to Make a Facebook Avatar on a Computer, Phone, or Tablet

If the options listed at the top of this article aren’t presenting itself to you even though you have the standard Facebook app installed, then you may need to update your Facebook application. To do this on your iPhone or iPad, all you need to do is head to the App Store, tap the “Updates” tab, then tap “Update All.”

For Android, go to the Play Store, tap the three horizontal lines on the upper left corner, tap “My Apps & Games,” then tap “Update All.”

You can also select to individually update just the Facebook and Messenger apps if they require an update and they should be good to go after that.

Avatars are fairly new, so they don’t have the same amount of features as Snapchat’s Bitmojis do, but with all of the resources at the social media giant’s disposal, expect that gap to be bridged shortly.

‘The Umbrella Academy’ Cast Dances Through A Quarantine Music Video To Reveal A Season 2 Return Date

[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsigH18Brs0?feature=youtu.be]

The Umbrella Academy fans can finally celebrate the impending return of Netflix’s delightfully weird take on superheroes because Season 2 isn’t too terribly far in the distance. The successful TV show adapts the graphic novels by Gabriel Ba and My Chemical Romance’s Gerard Way, and the series is just strange enough to appeal in a mainstream way. So, the gang’s coming back for a second run after attempts to halt the apocalypse didn’t go exactly as planned.

Where the season finale left the Hargreeves siblings (all gifted orphans adopted by a billionaire who meant to launch a superhero league) was ambiguous at best. Yet we sure as heck know what’s going on right now for the show’s stars. They’re all in quarantine, along with most of us, so Netflix decided to announce a Season 2 release date (July 31) while virtually reassembling the principal cast members — Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, Robert Sheehan, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Aidan Gallagher, and Justin Min — all dancing to “I Think We’re Alone Now” (Tiffany’s 1980s take on the 1960s Tommy James & the Shondells tune).

Viewers can only begin to guess to what extent reality is overlapping with the show’s characters in this video. One thing is certain: Robert Sheehan isn’t doing anything to discourage the theory that he’s Klaus-In-Real-Life. You gotta admire that commitment.

The Umbrella Academy returns on July 31.

It’s Never Too Early To Teach A Toddler How To Be A Strong Woman

If “little girls are made of sugar and spice and everything nice,” at what point do they transform into resilient and formidable powerhouses? While it doesn’t happen overnight, it does start early in life. We can start by asking ourselves what we’re really saying when we hand our little girls baby dolls that mimic bowel movements (Yuck!) but offer boys construction sets. This early form of socialization is partly to blame when, as adults, society burdens women with outrageous expectations and short changes them with a wage gap. If you’re of the ilk who recognizes these social disparities and wants to raise a strong woman who will respond to these inequities with grit, then here’s some straightforward advice. It’s never too early to encourage your daughter to become a strong woman.

What does it mean to be a strong woman? That depends on you. Take time to figure out what qualities you value and those you feel it would be important for your daughter to adopt. This isn’t an exercise solely relegated to a mother either. The whole family can contribute to the idea of strong womanhood, plus it can evolve over time. The important thing is to beware of false equations. For example, being mean doesn’t equal confidence. Nor is success a free pass to be disrespectful or unkind. So, while you nurture the next Ruth Bader Ginsburg, do your absolute best to steer her back in the right direction if she starts acting like a Regina George.

Gucci Mane Teases A Rowdy New Video With 21 Savage

If you were wondering where Gucci Mane has been all this year you wouldn’t be alone or remiss. The prolific Atlanta trap pioneer was the original rapper from the Big Peach to put out way too much music to keep track of, with successors like Futue, Migos, and Young Thug picking up that torch in recent years, despite Gucci himself never really putting it down himself. Yet, in 2020, he’s been relatively quiet; the last mixtape he dropped was the Christmas project East Atlanta Santa 3 and he hasn’t dropped a single or even a feature verse yet this year.

That may change soon, if his recent social media posts are any indication. He recently posted a behind-the-scenes teaser of what looks like a video shoot with none other than 21 Savage, another Atlanta trap star who has been MIA for much of 2020. The two stand in front of a camouflage-painted truck with a squad of supporters and pretty women bopping along in the truck’s bed while a classic-sounding Gucci verse blares over a sound system. There’s no telling what the song might be or where it might end up — Savage has been working on a follow up to his Savage Mode mixtape series, while Gucci himself is past due for a new release, given his self-enforced semi-annual release schedule — but it’s equally likely to end up on a project from either. No matter when or where it comes out, it will likely receive a warm welcome, if for no other reason than it means two of Atlanta’s favorite stars are back in the game after extended absences.

May 18, 2020 — A roundup of the latest news about COVID-19

Two months into the United States’ fight against the pandemic, neither the health nor the economic war has been won. Transit workers risk their own lives to get front-line workers to their jobs. And attending church brings risks and rewards. Get caught up with the coronavirus developments from the last 72 hours:

  • Over the weekend numbers spiked again, at home and abroad. Worldwide we now have more than 4.7 million confirmed cases, with more than 315,000 deaths and 1.7 million recoveries. In the U.S. we’ll pass 1.5 million cases today — we still account for almost one-third of the world’s total. Nearly 90,000 people have died here, and another 272,000 have recovered.
  • Tests for the virus finally are becoming widely available, a crucial step toward lifting stay-at-home orders and safely returning to normal life. But while many states no longer report crippling supply shortages, a new problem has emerged: too few people lining up to get tested.
  • Across the U.S., an estimated 430,000 public transit workers, including train operators and bus drivers, have kept systems operating, moving essential workers such as doctors, nurses and first responders. COVID-19 has sickened or killed transit workers in nearly every major system in the country.
  • COVID-19 is spreading rapidly in U.S. jails and prisons, but testing of inmates and staff remains spotty and many confirmed cases are going unreported. The resulting lack of data has deep implications for the fight against the virus, because prison outbreaks can move easily to surrounding communities.
  • Eric Trump claimed Saturday that the coronavirus will “magically” vanish after the November election and allow the country to fully reopen — an assertion that has no basis in science and is contradicted by health experts worldwide.
  • Last weekend, a person who later learned they were positive for COVID-19 attended a California religious service, exposing 180 other people to the novel coronavirus. Yesterday, on the first Sunday congregations could reopen in Virginia, a church called Hopeful Baptist lived up to its name.
  • There’s been growing pressure from business owners in adjacent towns to reopen America’s most popular national parks, even as many states still have travel restrictions and continue to see rising cases of coronavirus. Yellowstone, the country’s first national park and one of its most popular, will begin a phased reopening today.

  • Europe reopened more widely today, allowing people into the Acropolis in Athens, shops in Italy, markets and museums in Belgium, golf courses in Ireland, and beer gardens in Bavaria, while its leaders discussed how to salvage Europe’s hallowed summer vacations.
  • Snoop Dogg uses “Frozen” to encourage people to “let it go” — and Idina Menzel responds.

Did Summer Walker Get a Nose Job? The Singer Looks Quite Different

Since dropping her first solo album “Over It” in October of 2019, listeners have been after singer Summer Walker to release new music. The 24-year-old broke streaming records with her debut album, as it was the biggest streaming debut ever for a female R&B singer. It also went platinum, meaning that it had sold more than one million copies.

After months of anticipation, Summer announced on Instagram that her next EP was going to be released very soon.

While many were thrilled at the news of upcoming music, some of Summer’s followers discussed her seemingly different physical appearance in the comments section.

Did Summer Walker get a nose job? The singer has been candid in the past about getting plastic surgery, but many are wondering if her latest photos are the result of photoshop or more permanent changes.

Did Summer Walker get a nose job?

The singer revealed that her EP was coming “soon” on May 16, and fans were struck by Summer’s look in her Instagram announcement photo. The response about her potentially altered features was immediate. “You don’t even look like yourself,” wrote one fan in the comments, while another wrote “…. work has been done.”

In March of 2019, multiple outlets reported that the “Playing Games” artist was in the process of suing a plastic surgeon for $500,000 for a botched nose job. The reports have never been substantiated, nor has the name of this alleged surgeon.

While Summer has yet to discuss whether or not she got a nose job, she has been candid in the past about getting surgeries to enhance her figure.

In an October of 2019 Apple Music sit-down with fellow singer Ari Lennox, the two discussed the things that they’re tired of.

“I’m into that sh-t,” Summer said when the women began talking about plastic surgery. When Ari said that Summer didn’t need to do anything to her rear, Summer said that was because she already did.

“I already got my a–,” Summer said to Ari’s surprise. “Just a little bit. I didn’t want to do too much.”

Based on this interview, if the singer did alter her nose, there’s every chance that she’ll discuss it in the future.

Who is Summer Walker dating?

The “Come Thru” singer went public with her relationship with the producer of her “Over It” album, London On Da Track, in the summer of 2019. Summer frequently posted photos with her beau on her Instagram feed, but the two reportedly parted ways in April of 2020.

There were then rumors that Summer’s next album would be delayed because her relationship with the producer soured, but that was proven to be false when she announced the EP on May 16.

London even posted two snake emojis in the comments section on Summer’s EP announcement photo, but the two have since suggested that they might not have actually split at all.

Summer and London follow one another on Instagram (in fact, they each only follow one total account). The “Something Real” singer posted a photo with him on May 17. When London posted a photo of him and Summer with the devil emoji covering her face on his Instagram stories on May 18, Summer further confused fans by reposting it to her own stories.

While their relationship status is quite unclear, fans might learn more about it in Summer’s upcoming music — whenever it comes out.
