Nick Carter and wife Lauren Kitt officially have a family of four! The Backstreet Boy and fitness guru welcomed daughter Saoirse Reign Carter on October 2nd. The little girl adorably shares a middle name with her 3-year-old big brother, Odin Reign.
The new baby’s birth is definitely a bright spot for the family. Nick and Lauren have endured quite a bit of difficulty in the past year. Nick shared with fans back in the fall that the couple had a pregnancy that resulted in a miscarriage.
More recently, they’ve dealt with a great deal of drama throughout Nick’s family as younger brother Aaron Carter continues to spiral. Last month, concerning public behavior from Aaron resulted in Nick getting a restraining order against the 31-year-old. Nick detailed that Aaron had made threatening claims toward his then-pregnant wife and unborn child.
Surely, the family could use the joy and excitement of a new baby. They’re very excited for Saoirse, who they feel truly blessed to have welcomed into the world.
