Last night I rewatched My Father’s Violin on Netflix. For those who aren’t familiar it’s the film Engin Altan (Ertugrul) made. It has Englis subtitles. It’s an amazing movie. My husband wouldn’t watch the first time but was mesmerized by the movie this time. He gets to play a totally different kind of character.
