The relationship began after Kim hosted Saturday Night Live and the two kissed in an Aladdin-themed sketch on the show.
“I wasn’t even thinking, ‘Oh my God, I’m gonna be in a relationship with him,'” Kim said on The Kardashians. “I was just thinking, ‘Heard about this BDE, need to get out there. I was just basically DTF.’”
Well after many ups — like the two bonding over pimples and skincare — and downs — like Pete fighting with Kanye via text — Kim and Pete have reportedly called it quits, according to E! and People.
The two have “a lot of love and respect for each other,” a source told E!. And ultimately, the long distance and scheduling issues “made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”
As for Kim’s ongoing divorce from Kanye West, another source said it’s still happening. “The divorce is moving ahead with Kanye. They are happily co-parenting.”
