Jamie has a history of addiction in her family. In 1994, her brother Nicholas died, and her father, Tony Curtis, also abused alcohol, cocaine, and heroin. Tony passed in 2010 at 85 years from cardiac arrest from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
