Employee Kept Stocking The Office Bathroom, But When Coworkers Don’t Help She Stopped Doing It Completely

“I work at a fairly small company, myself (F57) and 5 sometimes six adult men.

She sounds like she’s doing the work of a mother…

I find a lot of the time I’m the one who makes sure our 2 bathrooms are properly stocked with soap, paper towels and toilet paper, but this is in no way my job.

For 5 years I have restocked both bathrooms and made sure there are spare roll of paper towels and toilet paper in the cupboard under the sink.

But she’s over it.

As of yesterday, I’m no longer doing this.

One bathroom ran out of the regular roll and the emergency backup roll and I’m not fixing it.

The other bathroom still has half a toll plus the emergency backup under the sink.

I will now walk 4 times as far to the one that is still sufficiently stocked because I’m tired of working with infants.

Everyone has gone into the one with no more toilet paper but not one person has walked ten feet to get a new roll.

Once someone whines that the main bathroom was out of hand soap as they stood beside the refill and didn’t fill it up.
