Do Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval still live together?
Ariana reveals in a sneak peek of Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules on Peacock that she and Tom still live together. But it’s not what you think. Despite the fact that they are (in Taylor Swift’s words) never ever getting back together, Tom and Ariana have yet to sell their shared house. And neither have left yet.
When Katie asks Ariana what the deal is, Ariana says that she would like to sell the house, get her money back from purchasing it, and move on. Tom, on the other hand, doesn’t want to leave the home. And, as to be expected, Ariana isn’t just going to give up the house that is legally half hers.

While Ariana and Tom deal with the details of their shared home, they still have no contact with each other. According to Ariana, they communicate through their assistants. This is shown in a preview for the Season 11 premiere when Tom’s assistant Ann was the one to tell Ariana that Tom wanted to have a birthday party at their shared home.
Like any scorned ex would, Ariana said she would stay at the house during the party and file a noise complaint if it got too loud.

It seems that Ariana is insistent that she will not be the first to leave the house — and we’re going to watch all of that drama play out in Season 11.
“You can’t sell the house unless both people agree to sell the house,” Ariana said in the clip, per E! News. “But Tom wants to buy me out and stay there and I’m not just gonna pack up my clothes and hitchhike down the road because Tom offered me a measly sum of money.”

According to an interview with ExtraTV in November, Tom has officially moved out of the shared home, but how that all unfolds is being kept secret until Season 11 airs. For now, though, it seems that Ariana still lives in their California house, even without Tom present. Ariana sued Tom at the start of the new year to move forward with the sale process, as she wants to split the money from the house evenly.
“I own the house,” she told People in January. “I felt like it was the last thing, and I’m just really motivated to be able to get my investment that I made into the house out so that I can make another investment and be able to fully just move on from being tied to that.”

So, when will Ariana Madix move out of the Los Angeles home?
Even though Ariana still resides in the Los Angeles home, the Dancing With the Stars alum has been open about her desire to sell the home immediately.
On May 18, 2023, Ariana appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live hosted by Andy Cohen, where she shared her plans for moving forward.

“My plan is to sell the house,” Ariana said to Andy. “I want my money out of that house as quickly as possible, and I want to move on.”
Clever shared that it takes approximately two and a half months to sell a home in California. However, the timeline can vary based on the current housing market, buyer demand, time of year, and more.
Selling the home is still her plan. According to the court documents, Ariana wanted “equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale,” including “payment of debt secured by same and the costs of partition.” This means both the cost and the profit of the sale would be split evenly amongst both parties.

But the idea of seeing how Ariana and Tom live together during Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules is enough to excite fans for the season even more, post-Scandoval. What finally led to Tom’s decision to move out is bound to be revealed after Season 11 premieres at 8 p.m. EST on Feb. 6 on Bravo.
