Royal expert Katie Nicholl is revealing what may be in the works for Meghan Markle’s special day. Meghan’s 39th birthday is just around the corner on August 4. Since Meghan and Harry have been camped out at home in L.A. since early March and haven’t been out and about much at all, it seems like Meghan’s birthday might mean they’re getting out of dodge!
Katie says that traveling right now isn’t appealing to the couple but if they were going to get out of a town, it would be in the form of a road trip. Meghan, Harry, and Archie might be planning one to Montecito, California to see none other than Oprah Winfrey. Can you think of any better birthday plans? We sure can’t.
“It wouldn’t surprise me if she just needs a change of scenery,” Katie says. Still, at this point it’s just speculation that the royal couple may be planning a trip with Oprah, however her and Meghan have been great friends for year. Oprah even attended Harry and Meghan’s wedding.
Oprah has also gifted baby Archie some adorable books, and spoken out in Meghan’s defense over the media battle. Oprah said she felt Meghan was being portrayed unfairly in the media and that she “has a wonderful, warm, giving, loving heart.”
