Sam Panda is a professional acrobat known for her aerial artistry. Now she’s making headlines over something completely unexpected and separate from her trapeze stunts: her swimsuit.
Sam was on the beaches of Myrtle Beach in North Carolina with her friends, dancing and taking silly videos for their social media accounts.
All of a sudden, Sam found herself being “rushed” by cops who quickly arrived to detain her right there on the sand.
“A woman called the cops on me because of my bikini,” Sam wrote on Facebook. “That’s how this all started.”
“Some Karen decided that my body was offensive to her and showed her child that her body could one day lead to her arrest.”
In the video below, Sam is seen being placed in handcuffs while she and her friend, who is filming the incident, plead with officers to explain what she did wrong according to the law.
