You might have thought the phrase “kids say the darndest things” was a bit cliche before you had kids. But the second your baby morphs into a walking and talking toddler, you’ll have stories for days. Children have no filter and often talk without thinking. Sometimes, they mimic things they’ve seen on television, or phrases their parents say. If you’re lucky, you’ll get it on videotape.
A sweet three-year-old girl from southern Wales will never forget the moment she told her mom, Jodie Morgan, that she wanted to “go boozing” with her friends. After posting the funny video on Facebook, Jodie was told that it needed to be seen by everyone.
“I found this so funny as she is only three-years-old,” Jodie said. “I had uploaded to Facebook and so many people messaged me and commented saying that I need to get this viral so that’s what I’d like to do. “I’d love to be able to make other people laugh with her funny character.”
The little girl has quite the gameplan in her mind. She knows who she’s going boozing with. Sadly, her boyfriend isn’t invited. But, it’s not based on any sort of fight — he’s just at his parent’s house at the moment. (Which they all are, hopefully.)
One of these days, this girl will look back at the video and laugh. But for today, it’s the perfect pick-me-up for anyone who needs a little bit of a smile.
