Omsk Metro scheme
Omsk was meant to be the second city in Siberia to have a metro, and
construction started in 1992, but construction problems, delays,
possible corruption, led to the project permanently stalling in 2018
with a single finished metro station that goes nowhere. Would be really
funny if there were trains that actually went through.
