I mean, what’s more romantic than zombies?
This year, the couple are celebrating the romantic holiday for the first time since announcing their engagement in November.
And instead of sharing a loved up photo or a snap from the proposal, the duo chose to mark the day in their own unique way.
Dylan took to her Instagram to share a never before seen pic of the duo…in pajamas and bloody zombie makeup.
“I’ll play dead with you any time, Valentine,” Dylan wrote.
While the photo is probably actually from Halloween, it seems like a very fitting post for the duo.
The couple don’t yet have a date set for their wedding but Kristen says she doesn’t want to wait a long time.

“It’ll happen when it’s supposed to happen. But I also don’t want to be engaged for, like, five years. Like, we want to do it, you know what I mean?” Kristen told CBS Sunday Morning.
“I think it’ll happen when it’s supposed to happen.”
