I got this pan (from a WOC-founded company) for Christmas last year, and it is def a great gift because it can do SO much. You can braise, sear, steam, strain, saute, fry, boil, and more. I’ve used it countless times the last year and am super impressed. I’ve made jambalaya and stir-fry in it, and everything cooked really well. Plus, it was super easy to clean after and nothing really stuck to it. I’ve also used the included steamer basket to steam some broccoli, and it was super easy to use. The pan itself does the same job as a fry pan, saute pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, saucepan, nonstick pan, spatula, and spoon rest. The spatula is designed with an integrated spoon rest. The pan is dishwasher-safe and only weighs 3 lbs. Plus, there’s a new bright red color, which is perfectly on theme for the holiday.
