ZLaner BANNED From Halo Infinite, Battle Pass SUCKS?
Halo Infinite multiplayer has impressed even serious critics like Dr Disrespect, but Zlaner getting banned by halo and rage over the incredibly slow battle pass show that not everything is smooth sailing for new beta.
Halo Multiplayer beta’s surprise release yesterday stunned and delighted a lot of diehard fans, with even previous critics like Dr Disrespect admitting the game’s multiplayer was very fun and extremely impressive, offering 343 firm handshakes. But the release was not without some serious issues, as Zlaner found out after getting banned from the Halo Infinite beta day 1.
Halo Infinite gives players a penalty for leaving a match in progress, but this also triggers when you are forced to leave when your game crashes, and after 5 crashes Zlaner wound up banned from the multiplayer beta for the rest of the day. The other main issue is Halo Infinite’s incredibly slow battle pass progression.
The main complaint is winning and losing matches doesn’t give you xp at all towards the Halo Infinite battle pass, you can only get xp by doing challenges, and you need to complete 10 in-game challenges just to reach rank 1. Players were saying it was taking dozens of games and huge changes in their normal playstyle to even hit rank 1, so hopefully Halo Infinite has some battle pass changes on the way.
