Season 15 of The Great Food Truck Race, begins on June 5, 2022. Previously, the race took an extra-challenging turn mid-pandemic when food truck chefs were asked to compete in chilly Alaska, but now the show has reverted to a different solo-state format: California! Many of the food truck groups this season are more than comfortable with spicy foods, but can they stand the summer temperatures in sunny CA?
