The Saint-Bélec slab – the oldest known (4000 years) identifiable map of a place in Europe.

In 1900, a local historian discovered a curiously engraved stone slab in
a Bronze Age grave. It took researchers almost a century to realize
that it might be a map — but by then, the stone had gone missing.
Rediscovered in 2014 and analyzed until earlier this year, the slab is
Europe’s oldest map linked to a territory.
