Taylor Swift arrived at the 2023 Grammys red carpet already a winner.
She won Best Music Video for All Too Well: The Short Film.
Though her recent album Midnights narrowly missed the window to be eligible for this year’s awards, she showed up looking like the Midnights Era personified.
I mean, this midnight blue crop top and skirt combo by Roberto Cavalli might as well’ve been made out of the midnight sky.
She also has midnight blue eyeliner.
She’s literally “Bejeweled.” She can still make the whole place shimmer!
And her hair is evoking the messy bun I throw my hair into when midnights become my afternoons.
Buuuut up close, her outfit is also making me think of “Sparks Fly,” a track from Speak Now, a (hopefully) upcoming rerecord.
And those dazzling, dangling Lorraine Schwartz earrings are purple, aka the color of Speak Now.
Aaaand so are her Lorraine Schwartz rings…
Well, I’m rooting for Taylor to win the other three Grammys she’s nommed for, and I’m crossing my fingers that she announces Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) when she does!
