“So, I guess to drink each other’s blood might mislead people.”

Megan Fox is clarifying those comments about drinking Machine Gun Kelly’s blood — and, yes, it did actually happen.

Back when the couple got engaged, Megan shared that they sealed the deal by swapping their blood, but it’s apparently not as crazy as it sounds.

“So, I guess to drink each other’s blood might mislead people, or people are imagining us with goblets and we’re like Game of Thrones, drinking each other’s blood,” Megan said in an interview with Glamour.

Instead, it’s actually “just a few drops” — but it is something they’ve done on multiple occasions “for ritual purposes only.”

Megan noted that she’s actually a lot more “controlled” than MGK when it comes to these “metaphysical practices and meditations” and he might actually go all Game of Thrones if given the chance.

While she does “rituals on new moons and full moons” when “it’s a passage or it is used for a reason,” she admits MGK can sometimes take things to the extreme.

“It is controlled where it’s like, ‘Let’s shed a few drops of blood and each drink it.’ He’s much more haphazard and hectic and chaotic, where he’s willing to just cut his chest open with broken glass and be like, ‘Take my soul,'” Megan explained.

And even though that exact scenario hasn’t actually happened, she says a “version of that has happened many times.”

As for one of the rituals that has actually gone down, Megan referenced the couple’s trip to Costa Rica where they were administered indigenous psychoactive plant-based brew ayahuasca by a shaman.

“That was a Hail Mary to be honest! We had gotten to a point where I was like, ‘We need essentially an adrenaline injection of God in this relationship,'” Megan said of taking ayahuasca, which is known to open one’s mind and heal past trauma.

She explained that the “incredibly intense” experience involved fasting beforehand then drinking a tea that makes you vomit violently before taking the medicine.

Despite the whole thing sounding a little unpleasant, Megan says it “bound us together in a way” and confirmed a lot of things “that I needed to know or I needed to feel.”

“It opened a door for a lot of healing for me, from a personal experience I had with him, that allowed us to get to a place where we were now seeking the right outlets to heal moving forward,” Megan concluded.
