The star first acquired ink on her neck before formally marrying Justin Bieber in 2019.
From Ariana Grande to Demi Lovato, Britney Spears, and more, some of the coolest celebrities in Hollywood are getting delicate neck tattoos and revolutionizing how we think about them. Also contributing to this style trend is Hailey Bieber, who’s had at least two for a little while now.

You might recall that Hailey debuted a couple of inked designs that she acquired from Los Angeles-based tattoo artist Dr. Woo — who’s tattooed Miley Cyrus, Hilary Duff and Zoë Kravitz, among others — ahead of her and Justin Bieber’s 2019 wedding ceremony.

In addition to having her husband’s initials tattooed on her fingers, Hailey’s pre-nuptial drawings included the word “lover” written in cursive along one side of her neck.
She’s since acquired more ink from Dr. Woo, like this peach that Hailey has tattooed on her arm to match the one on Justin pictured here.
It does appear that Justin added the fruit icon to his collection after noting that his wife asked him to pump the brakes on neck tattoos during last year’s Justin Bieber: Next Chapter YouTube special.

Her thoughts on Justin’s ink aside, it looks as though Hailey opted for another neck tattoo herself in relatively recent history. It came at Dr. Woo’s hand once again, as he just revealed on Instagram.
“Lil NY 🍎 love ✍🏼 on Hailey awhile back,” he wrote, captioning a black-and-white photo of her neck that features an inked diamond sketch above “New York” in lowercase lettering.
