In summer 2018, Justin Welch and his twin brother were walking to their friend’s house in Missouri when Justin’s life was forever changed.
The 7-year-old boy was struck by a speeding car.
Not only did Justin break most of the bones in his face, but doctors delivered another shocking blow: they told Justin’s parents it was very unlikely he’d ever walk again.
But in the past two years since the horrific incident, Justin has proved everyone around him wrong.

And two years after doctors said he’d never walk, Justin’s family, and his community at large, gathered on the very same street where he was struck to watch a miracle at work.
