There is no shortage of “crazy nanny” horror stories out there, but once you watch the trailer, you quickly become aware of how this one is different. Early on in the trailer, it is revealed that Dorothy and Sean lost their son when he was 13 weeks old. The way that Dorothy has coped with the loss is to care for a doll she calls Jericho. That’s right; the baby isn’t real. It is a fake baby. Made of rubber. Yes, the doll is creepy-looking. Yes, it contributes to the horror of it all.
